These scriptures are actually Jesus' instructions regarding what to do about the relationships existing on a personal level between those of His household - us, and those of The Strong Man's household (Sodomites) them.
Chief of Jesus' Instructions is the admonition, the Warning:
Remember Lots wife.
You must physically, emotionally and mentally, separate yourself from people who are of the Sodomites
regardless of the ties that bind you,
and you must not look back.
You cannot stay back there with Lot's wife.
Yes. It may cost you everything you have. It will perhaps hurt very much.
You will stll love some of them. You will still hope for the best for some of them. You can pray all you want for them. You can forgive them until you are blue in the face if you want.
You are not being asked to shoot, kill, smite, argue with, berate, inflict pain, or otherwise harm/trespass on them.
But you must come out of Babylon, and you must separate yourself from its Sodomite minions-- all of them.
There can be no sitting on the fence on this one -- for anyone.
"The rubber has done met the road, honey-child !"
It is game-on.
34Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.
35For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law. shall be they of his own household.'
And a man's foes shall be they of his own household.
37He that loveth father or mother more than me is not worthy of me: and he that loveth son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me.
38And he that taketh not his cross, and followeth after me, is not worthy of me.
39He that findeth his life shall lose it: and he that loseth his life for my sake shall find it.
40He that receiveth you receiveth me, and he that receiveth me receiveth him that sent me.
